Francis brings over 30 years of experience in management consultancy, policy advocacy, and business leadership, with significant contributions to community service and philanthropy. His career has been marked by leadership roles in various sectors, including 17 years as a Partner and 12 years as Managing Partner at PwC Spain.

In 2022, after a successful 27-year tenure at PwC, Francis retired to focus on his private agri-businesses and social projects, which include Kazinga Coffee and Masaka School for the Deaf. He also serves on the boards of multiple organizations, demonstrating his continued commitment to business and community development.
